It's basically nothing more then a group talking about how they "owned" certain people in groups. Completely stupid imo, but just learn from their mistakes and don't make them

zf0 is a more "underground" hacking group that publishes a zine about the people they have owned. I like zf0's stuff better than most zines because they do it in a funny way and aren't stupid about what they do.

But they all imply the same, informative message: Don't be stupid. It's an alright zine but educational zines are much better.
